# Ahaborg — i3D Workbench > Ahaborg (https://ahaborg.com) develops the i3D Workbench, a browser-based suite of digital-fabrication software: AI image generation, image-to-3D-relief conversion, touch-probe digitizer import, a 3D G-code viewer, 3-axis CNC milling CAM (MillX), laser-engraving toolpaths from images (LaserX) and from 3D models (LaserArt3D), tangential-knife cutting (OtkMaster), an SVG/PLT vector editor and a food-mold generator. Heavy computation runs on a C++ backend; users work in a desktop browser and pay per use with credits — no installation, no subscription. Key facts (documentation v2026.10, 12 October 2026): - Platform: desktop web browser with WebGL 2 (Chrome, Edge, Firefox recommended), screen ≥ 1366 px; Windows, macOS or Linux. Not designed for phones. - Billing: credits consumed only by server work (AI generation, relief generation, toolpath calculation, STL/G-code export); UI actions are free; failed server calls are refunded automatically. Credit packs are bought in Profile → Secure Checkout; invoices are generated automatically. - Limits: 300 MB per upload; 500 ms slider debounce; MillX: 3 operations per job, 10 ATC tool positions; AI images 256×256–1024×1024; NC Viewer playback 1–5000 segments/s. - Inputs: BMP/PNG/JPG, SVG, binary STL, G-code (.nc/.gcode/.g00/.txt), digitizer files (.dig/.pun/.nc/.g00). - Outputs: binary STL, GLTF/GLB, G-code (mm or inch), laser toolpath TXT/G-code, PLT/HPGL, SVG, PNG. - Login: passwordless 6-digit e-mail code; 5 failed attempts lock the account for 15 minutes. ## Tools - [Generate with AI](https://ahaborg.com/products/generate-with-ai.html): Generate with AI is the text-to-image tool of the Ahaborg i3D Workbench: you describe a picture in words, an AI model draws a bitmap from 256×256 to 1024×1024 px, and the image is handed straight to the Bitmap to 3D Model Editor to become a CNC-ready 3D relief (STL or GLTF/GLB). Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/generate-with-ai.md - [Bitmap to 3D](https://ahaborg.com/products/bitmap-to-3d.html): Bitmap to 3D turns a BMP, PNG or JPG image (up to 300 MB) into a 3D relief mesh — lighter pixels become higher, darker pixels lower. The Model Editor controls Z scale (1–50), detail, background texture, mesh reduction, smoothing, a base plane and per-axis Bezier correction curves; the Final View applies PBR materials and exports binary STL (for CNC and 3D printing) or GLTF/GLB. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/bitmap-to-3d.md - [Digitized Data to 3D](https://ahaborg.com/products/digitized-to-3d.html): Digitized Data to 3D converts touch-probe digitizer and scanner files (.nc, .g00, .dig, .pun, up to 300 MB) into a binary STL mesh. It compensates for the probe stylus shape (flat or round) and diameter, offers reduction (1–15), smoothing (0–7) and scale (0.1–10), and can send the model straight to MillX to mill a copy. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/digitized-to-3d.md - [NC Viewer](https://ahaborg.com/products/nc-viewer.html): NC Viewer is a browser-based G-code viewer: it opens .nc, .gcode, .g00 and .txt programs, draws the toolpath in 3D with colour-coded rapid (G0), feed (G1), arc (G2/G3) and laser-power (Q) moves, reports lines parsed, travel length and X/Y ranges, and replays the program segment by segment at 1–5000 segments per second. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/nc-viewer.md - [VectorLab](https://ahaborg.com/products/vectorlab.html): VectorLab is a vector editor that runs inside the i3D Workbench: draw or import SVG artwork, organise it in layers, set document size (A4/A3/Letter/Legal/Tabloid or custom) and units (mm/in), and export SVG or HPGL PLT for cutters and plotters. It is currently available in development builds. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/vectorlab.md - [Moldify](https://ahaborg.com/products/moldify.html): Moldify generates safe, 3D-printable food molds (ice, chocolate, cookies and more) around any part supplied as a binary STL. You set the exterior footprint and draft, wall and base thickness, an optional border ledge, two arrays of fill/push-out holes and an optional lid, preview the mold live, and export it as binary or ASCII STL. It is currently available in development builds. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/moldify.md - [OtkMaster](https://ahaborg.com/products/otkmaster.html): OtkMaster is a tangential-knife CAM tool: it reads SVG contours and computes optimised cut routes for vinyl, foam, leather and other sheet materials, controlling blade max angle, lift height, depth, number of passes, inner-first ordering and cut speed. Routes and displacements are drawn over the drawing and exported as PLT/HPGL or as G-code through editable post-processor templates. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/otkmaster.md - [LaserX](https://ahaborg.com/products/laserx.html): LaserX converts a BMP, PNG or JPG image into a laser-engraving toolpath at 250, 300, 330 or 500 DPI. It offers brightness, contrast, gamma, blur, sharpen, threshold, invert, black-and-white and pointillist (dot) modes, maps brightness linearly to laser power between Min and Max % (default 20–80 %), corrects axis calibration with X/Y aspect ratio and exports G-code with M10/Q power words through a configurable post-processor. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/laserx.md - [LaserArt3D](https://ahaborg.com/products/laserart3d.html): LaserArt3D renders a binary STL on the GPU from any camera angle, converts that view into a grayscale bitmap using one of nine shading modes (Lambertian, Normal Z, Ambient Occlusion, Curvature, Cavity, Fake Lighting, Height, Thickness, Bent Normal Gray) at 150, 300 or 500 dpi, and turns it into a laser engraving toolpath with the same adjustment, tone-curve and power pipeline as LaserX. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/laserart3d.md - [MillX](https://ahaborg.com/products/millx.html): MillX is a browser-based 3-axis CNC CAM tool. Load a binary STL (up to 300 MB), define up to 10 cutters in an ATC tool table (Ball Mill, End Mill, Conic, Tapered Ball Nose), chain up to three operations with RasterX, RasterY, Spiral, Concentric or Level Curve strategies, finish only the rest material left by roughing, inspect a colour-coded milling analysis and export G-code in mm or inches — one file or one per cutter — through an editable post-processor. Markdown: https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/millx.md ## Roadmap - Mill2D (Coming soon): 2D / 2.5D milling — pocketing, profile cutting and drilling for sheet stock. - MillForce (In development): Milling simulation with cutting-force analysis: estimates forces per G-code segment and suggests optimised feeds. ## Documentation - [User Manual (PDF, 54 pages)](https://ahaborg.com/docs/user-manual.pdf): step-by-step use of every tool, tips, troubleshooting. - [Reference Manual (PDF, 45 pages)](https://ahaborg.com/docs/reference-manual.pdf): every control, range, default, shortcut and format. - [Full documentation as Markdown](https://ahaborg.com/llms-full.txt): both manuals in one plain-text file. - [Getting started](https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/getting-started.md): requirements, sign-in, header, credits, profile. - [Reference tables](https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/reference.md): tool matrix, shortcuts, file formats, limits, post-processor placeholders. - [Workflows](https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/workflows.md): photo → milled relief, prompt → laser, STL → laser, probe scan → copy, vector → knife cut, part → food mold. - [FAQ](https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/faq.md) - [Glossary](https://ahaborg.com/docs/md/glossary.md) ## Site pages - [Home](https://ahaborg.com/) - [Products](https://ahaborg.com/products.html) - [Workflows](https://ahaborg.com/workflows.html) - [Technical specs](https://ahaborg.com/specs.html) - [FAQ](https://ahaborg.com/faq.html) - [Pricing](https://ahaborg.com/pricing.html) ## Optional - [i3D (AI relief generator bundle)](https://ahaborg.com/products/i3D.html) - [MillForce (force-based feed optimisation, in development)](https://ahaborg.com/products/millforce.html) - [Bitmap Lab](https://ahaborg.com/products/bitmap-lab.html) - [How it works](https://ahaborg.com/how-it-works.html) - [Compare](https://ahaborg.com/compare.html) - [Use cases](https://ahaborg.com/use-cases.html) - [Contact](https://ahaborg.com/contacto.html) - [Privacy](https://ahaborg.com/privacidad.html) - [Legal](https://ahaborg.com/legal.html)
