How it works
Ahaborg is one integrated suite. Start from a photo, a sketch, or just an idea and finish with machine-ready G-code—without ever leaving your browser or moving files between programs.
Generate
Turn an image, logo, or text prompt into a 3D relief mesh with AI.
Refine
Adjust heightmaps, layers, and detail; clean up before machining.
Toolpath
Create roughing, finishing, and V-carve passes with rest milling.
Optimize
Tune feed rates from cutting forces for faster, cleaner cuts.
Export
Send standard G-code to your router, engraver, or mill.
One project, every step
Each stage is a separate app, but they share formats so nothing gets lost in between.
1 · Generate the relief (i3D)
Upload a photo, drawing, or logo—or describe what you want in words—and i3D builds a 3D relief mesh you can export as STL or GLB. No 3D modelling skills required.
2 · Refine the detail (Bitmap Lab)
Work with 16-bit heightmaps and layers to sharpen, smooth, or composite detail. Get the relief exactly how you want it before any toolpath exists.
3 · Build the toolpaths (MillX)
Pick tools and strategies—roughing, finishing, V-carve, engraving—and preview rest milling so you know exactly what each pass removes. Export standard G-code.
4 · Optimize the feeds (MillForce)
Run the G-code through MillForce to balance cutting forces and keep a constant chip load. You get shorter cycle times, longer tool life, and a better finish.
5 · Cut it (your machine)
Load the optimized G-code on your CNC router, engraver, or mill. If it takes G-code, it works with Ahaborg.
